Distinguish a conditional Ground handoff from a requested Tower report.
Your scenario
You are flying Evektor, registration N827EV. You are on runway 16L after landing, not yet clear. You are tuned to Paine Tower. You have ATIS information Echo.
Practice goals

- Remain with Tower until instructed to change frequency.
- Obtain taxi instructions after clearing the runway.
